So, what is the difference between mindfulness and meditation? What do you really know about mindfulness? Why are we seeing this everywhere in discussions between clinicians and holistic wellbeing practitioners?

 -understand the difference between mindfulness and its relevance to building compassion and other common meditation practices;

 -develop a mindfulness practice using simple techniques and share the practices with your students, friends, family; or deepen your practice and build your practice towards compassion through self-enquiry.

 -learn to develop a gentle and compassionate space in your practice and teaching;

 -explore and develop self-enquiry & self-observation.
